 PS Q:\INSTALLS\Python310> & Q:/INSTALLS/Python310/python.exe "q:/Python Training/Python Cookbook/OpenGPT_test.py"

Will the Eagles beat the Giants today

<p>

The Eagles are scheduled to play the Giants today at 1pm. The game will be held at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

As of right now, the Eagles are favored to win by 3 points. The over/under is set at 45.5 points.

The Eagles come into this game with a record of 4-4-1. They are coming off of a loss to the Cowboys last week. The Giants come into this game with a record of 2-7. They are coming off of a loss to the Jets last week.

This is the first meeting between these two teams this season. The Eagles and Giants have met each other 155 times in

the regular season. The Eagles have won 79 of those meetings, while the Giants have won 74 of them.

The last time these two teams met was back in December of 2019. The Eagles won that game 17-9.

</p>

The Eagles are led by their quarterback, Carson Wentz. Wentz has thrown for 2,428 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 6 interceptions so far this season. He will be going up against a Giants defense that has given up an average of 258.5 passing yards per game.

The Eagles' top receiver is Alshon Jeffery. Jeffery has caught 43 passes for 619 yards and 4 touchdowns so far this season. He will be matched up against Giants cornerback James Bradberry.

The Eagles' rushing attack is led by Miles Sanders. Sanders has rushed for 640 yards and 3 touchdowns so far this season. He will be going up against a Giants defense that has given up an average of 121.6 rushing yards per game.

The Giants' offense is led by their quarterback, Daniel Jones. Jones has thrown for 2,374 yards, 14 touchdowns, and 5

interceptions so far this season. He will be going up against an Eagles defense that has given up an average of 251.8

passing yards per game.

The Giants' top receiver is Sterling Shepard. Shepard has caught 47 passes for 576 yards and 3 touchdowns so far this

season. He will be matched up against Eagles cornerback Darius Slay.

The Giants' rushing attack is led by Saquon Barkley. Barkley has rushed for 654 yards and 4 touchdowns so far this season. He will be going up against an Eagles defense that has given up an average of 104.5 rushing yards per game.

Prediction: The Eagles are favored to win this game by 3 points. I think they will win by more than that. I am predicting the Eagles to win by a score of 27-17.

OPENAI - an introduction of Python, Politics and AI - Let 's see

 I recently heard about a platform called OPENAI. There is an API form the platform. Among other programming languages, the API can be accessed through Python.

I found a Python example, got a key to allow me to access the API

Below is how OPENAI describes it  self:

PS Q:\INSTALLS\Python310> & Q:/INSTALLS/Python310/python.exe "q:/Python Training/Python Cookbook/OpenGPT_test.py"

Is OPENAI considered a platform and what is OPENAI

<p>Yes, OPENAI is considered a platform. OPENAI is an artificial intelligence research laboratory consisting of the for-profit corporation OpenAI LP and its parent company, the non-profit OpenAI Inc. OPENAI has a three-fold mission:</p>

<ul>

<li>To advance digital intelligence in the way that is most likely to benefit humanity as a whole</li>

<li>To identify the most promising new technologies and application areas for artificial intelligence</li>

<li>To freely collaborate with other institutions and individuals to build powerful AI technologies</li>

</ul>

--------------------------------------------------------------------

So I started asking it questions:

PS Q:\INSTALLS\Python310> & Q:/INSTALLS/Python310/python.exe "q:/Python Training/Python Cookbook/OpenGPT_test.py"

How can democracy be improved

<p>There are many ways that democracy can be improved. Some of these ways are listed below.</p>

<ul>

  <li>Reduce corruption in government</li>

  <li>Increase transparency and accountability in government</li>

  <li>Make it easier for people to vote</li>

  <li>Increase voter turnout</li>

  <li>Educate people on the importance of democracy and their role in it</li>

</ul>

<p>Reducing corruption in government is one of the most important ways to improve democracy. Corruption creates an uneven playing field, where those with money and power can buy their way into office or influence government decisions. This means that the average person has less of a say in how their government runs, and it can lead to poor decision-making that benefits only a small number of people. To reduce corruption, government officials need to be held accountable for their actions and there needs to be more transparency in government. Additionally, laws and regulations that prevent corruption need to be put in place and enforced.</p>

ough a lot of hoops in order to vote. They may have to register weeks in advance, take time off work, and stand in line for hours. This makes it difficult for people to participate in the democratic process. To make it easier for people to vote, election days should be made into holidays, registration should be automatic, and voting should be made easier (for example, by allowing people to vote by mail or online).</p>

<p>Increasing voter turnout is also important for improving democracy. In many countries, a small percentage of the population actually bothers to vote. This means that the government is not truly representative of the people. To increase voter turnout, people need to be educated on the importance of democracy and their role in it. Additionally, the voting process needs to be made easier and more convenient.</p>

<p> Democracy can also be improved by educating people on the importance of democracy and their role in it. Too often, people take democracy for granted and don’t realize how important it is. They also don’t realize how much power they

have to influence their government. If more people understood the importance of democracy and their role in it, they would be more likely to participate in the democratic process and hold their government accountable.</p>

How can democracy be improved for people that do not want to engage

<p>There are a number of ways that democracy can be improved for those that do not want to engage. One way is to make

it easier for people to register to vote. This can be done by allowing people to register online or by mail. Another way to improve democracy is to make it easier for people to vote. This can be done by allowing early voting, absentee voting, or voting by mail. Finally, democracy can be improved by making it easier for people to access information about the candidates and the issues. This can be done by providing more information on the internet or through the media.</p>

<p>Making it easier for people to register to vote is one way to improve democracy. This can be done by allowing peopleach state. In addition, people should be able to register to vote by mail. The election commission should send out registration forms to all eligible voters. The forms should be easy to fill out and return.</p>

<p>Making it easier for people to vote is another way to improve democracy. This can be done by allowing early voting, absentee voting, or voting by mail. Early voting should be available for at least two weeks before the election. absentee voting should be available for those that cannot vote on election day. Voting by mail should be available for all voters. The election commission should send out ballots to all eligible voters. The ballots should be easy to fill out and return.</p>

<p>Making it easier for people to access information about the candidates and the issues is another way to improve democracy. This can be done by providing more information on the internet or through the media. The election commission should provide information on the candidates and the issues on its website. In addition, the media should provide information on the candidates and the issues. The media should also provide debates and forums so that people can learn more about the candidates and the issues.</p>

How can democracy be improved for people that believe democracy is evil

<p>There are a number of ways in which democracy can be improved for those that believe democracy is evil. One way is

to increase the transparency of the government and its institutions. This can be done by ensuring that all government

documents are available to the public and that there are mechanisms in place for citizens to hold their representatives accountable. Another way to improve democracy is to give citizens more power to participate in the political process. This can be done by ensuring that there are opportunities for citizen participation in the legislative process and by giving citizens the ability to recall their representatives if they feel that they are not representing their interests. Finally, democracy can be improved by ensuring that all citizens have access to the same information and that they are able to make informed decisions about the issues that affect their lives.</p>

Trump was such a drag - they couldn't beat a DEAD MAN!

Below is a snippet to justify that DJT is so bad that they could not defeat a DEAD man from being elected in PA - See District 32 Deluca stories...Google it

Former Trump aide Sarah Matthews says the way 2022 Election Night went indicates that Donald Trump is costing Republicans winnable seats. In the walkup to midterm elections, the Republicans had hoped that they would have clear majority in the House of Representatives on Election Night.

However, as of Wednesday morning, the results are still coming and the control of Congress still hangs in the balance.

"I think last night was the biggest indicator that Donald Trump should not be the Republican nominee in 2024. He cost Republicans winnable seats by boosting poor quality candidates," said Matthews, former deputy White House press secretary under President Trump.

She added: "You have record inflation, increased fears over crime, the worst border crisis in history, an unpopular president and Republican performance was still underwhelming."...

Election Deniers will say this is proof "...the system is rigged..." - it just shows their lack of information

 DEAD MAN ELECTED TO CONGRESS IN PA.

While I have not heard of any republican or election deniers response - yet, it must be fully recognized that even if all 64k voters in District 32 signed something indicated they know the candidate was in fact and unequivocally DEAD - and his name is still on the ballot - the DEAD can be elected.

There are protocols or rules to handle what happens when an elected official dies in office. These rules are the ones that kick in on such sad occasions.

Fox News Pundit Declares, ‘This Is an Absolute Disaster for the Republican Party’ as Midterm Results Roll In

Conservative Washington Post columnist Marc Thiessen was quite displeased during a discussion about the midterm elections as results rolled in.

Republicans hoped a “red wave” would sweep them into power with clear majorities. Instead, the party seemed poised to barely retake the House while failing to recapture the Senate.

Fox News anchor Bret Baier asked Thiessen about Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. John Fetterman’s defeat of Mehmet Oz, thus flipping the seat, as Republican Sen. Pat Toomey declined to run for reelection.

Fetterman suffered a stroke in May and has been gradually recovering since. His victory could end up being the difference in which party controls the Senate. Fetterman and Oz had one debate, which came in October.

“Had the Oct. 25 debate been Sept. 30, would this race have changed?” Baier asked.

Thiessen hedged on his answer and proceeded to explain he couldn’t process how Republicans could underperform so badly given the challenges the country currently faces.

“I think it might have or maybe it wouldn’t have,” he replied. “There’s a broader issue, which is, think about this. We had the worst inflation in four decades, the worst collapse in real wages in 40 years, the worst crime wave since the 1990s, the worst border crisis in U.S. History. We have Joe Biden, who is the least popular president since Harry Truman – since presidential polling happened – and there wasn’t a red wave.”

The former speechwriter for George W. Bush did not hold back.

“That is a searing indictment of the Republican Party,” he said. “That is a searing indictment of the message that we have been sending to the voters. They’ve looked at all of that, and looked at Republican alternative and said no thanks. That is–the Republican party needs to do a really deep introspection look in the mirror right now because this is an absolute disaster for the Republican Party and we need to turn back.”

Observations of the day

 See the image below - as a starting point

Please note last night President Biden gave a speech outside of Independence Hall. In his speech he was specific and direct that Americans are at an inflection point. Trump and Maga Republicans are a danger to democracy. He cited that Maga Republican believe the 2 outcomes of an election are "They win or it was stolen"

To further that substantiate that pov, politician Sarah Palin of Alaska lost a general special election to a democrat on Tues. She made that very point very clearly.

A relevant day for Trump future History?

 There are 2 relevant court events related to Donald Trump today.

One is related that the release of the redacted affidavit pertaining to the Mar-a-logo search.

The other event is a deadline is for the Trump team to re-file a suit. This was supposed to be a suit to get a special master to review the content of the Mar-a-Logo search. Last week, the judge in this case rejected the initial filing as it was so poorly written. The judge referred the Trumps lawyer to a website with a template they could use.

Trump and Maga-Republicans are dangerous for democracy because they just don't get it. The rule of law means nothing to them. They concepts of unity or team play are superseded by concepts of defeating the "other". They seem to have a "rule of ...?".

The fill in the blank is a mix of white supremacy, selfishness, a compulsive refusal to accept reason and or facts. The Washington Post tracked 34 thousand statements made by Trump - that were factually inaccurate. None are accepted by his follower as inaccurate or a lie. Maga Republicans redefine the word "objective" to "alternate facts" - still. They have been doing this since the beginning.

A democracy cannot exist if fact or accepted truths are changed mid-sentence.

There is a saying "if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck...(add a few more)...it must be a duck".

Well, it is my obeservation that Maga-Republicans and Trump do not... what is the word? is it believe? is it accept? is it tolerate? is it behave? --- this saying about a duck - unless it is to their benefit
