0260-->	Therefore, on the first day of my term

0262-->	pursue the following 6 measures to clean up the corruption
0263-->	and special interest collusion in Washington
0264-->	First: A constitutional amendment to impose term limits

0266-->	Second: A hiring freeze on all federal employee
0267-->	to reduce the federal workforce through attrition
0268-->	exempting Military, public safety and public health
0269-->	Third: A requirement that for every new regulation 2 existing
0270-->	regulations must be eliminated
0271-->	Regulations are killing our country and our jobs
0272-->	Fourth: a Five year ban on White House and Congressional
0273-->	officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service
0274-->	Making a fortune
0275-->	Fifth: a lifetime ban
0276-->	on White House Officials lobbying on behalf of a foreign government

0279-->	on foreign lobbyist from raising money for American Elections???

0281-->	On the same day I will begin taking, and really taking
0282-->	strongly several actions to protect American workers
0283-->	Our American workers have been treated so badly
0284-->	by politicians that don't have their interest at heart
0285-->	And we are going to change that, we're going change that very, very fast
0286-->	First: I will announce my intention to totally renegotiate
0287-->	NAFTA, one of the worst deals our country has ever made
0288-->	signed by Bill Clinton or withdraw from the deal

0290-->	Second: I will announce our withdrawal
0291-->	from the Trans Pacific Partnership
0292-->	a potential disaster for our country
0293-->	Third I will direct my secretary of the Treasury
0294-->	to label China a Currency manipulator

0296-->	But what they have done to us playing currency
0297-->	is very sad, and I don't blame them
0298-->	They've been very smart. I blame our politicians

0301-->	Fourth: I will direct the secretary of commerce
0302-->	and US trade representatives to identify all
0303-->	foreign trading abuses that unfairly impact American workers
0304-->	and direct them to use every tool under American and
0305-->	International law to end those abuses immediately
0306-->	Fifth: very importantly, I will lift
0307-->	the restrictions on the production of 50 trillion
0308-->	dollars' worth of job producing American Energy
0309-->	reserves, (applause) including shale,
0310-->	oil, Natural gas and clean coal and we will put
0311-->	our miners back to work. (applause)
0312-->	Sixth: I will lift the Obama/Clinton roadblocks
0313-->	that allow for this vital energy infrastructure projects to go forward
0314-->	We have roadblocks like we have never ever seen
0315-->	environmental blocks, structural blocks,
0316-->	We are going to allow the Keystone Pipeline
0317-->	and so many other things move forward. Tremendous numbers of jobs
0318-->	and good for our country
0319-->	We are going to cancel billions in payments
0320-->	to the United Nations Climate change programs
0321-->	and use the money to fix America's water
0322-->	and environmental infrastructure. we are billions
0323-->	and billions and billions of dollars
0324-->	We are going to fix our own environment

0326-->	Additionally on the first day
0327-->	I will take the following 5 actions to restore security
0328-->	and constitutional rule of law
0329-->	we have to do that. Cancel every unconstitutional
0330-->	executive action, memorandum and order issued by
0331-->	President Obama
0332-->	Second: Begin the process of selecting a replacement for
0333-->	Justice Scalia, whose wife, by the way has a Trump sign
0334-->	his wife is a phenomenal woman, has a Trump sign in her from yard
0335-->	Isn't that nice, I just found that out
0336-->	this morning, boom, isn't that nice, he was great
0337-->	From one of the 20 judges on my list, you know we are going to make
0338-->	great decisions from 20 outstanding judges on a list we submitted
0339-->	Who will uphold and defend the constitution of the United States
0340-->	Third: We will cancel all federal funding of sanctuary cities
0341-->	Fourth: We will begin removing the 2 million criminal illegal immigrant
0342-->	from the country. These are the drug dealers, gang heads, gang members
0343-->	killers and cancel visas to foreign countries that won't take them back
0344-->	and when Hillary Clinton was secretary of state
0345-->	and they had someone who was bad.
0346-->	really bad and they brought them back to the country and the country
0347-->	and the country wouldn't take them
0348-->	she said bring 'em back ??? we don't want force the country to take
0349-->	them. There won't be one such instance if I become President
0350-->	Believe me.
0351-->	We are going to suspend immigration terror prone regions
0352-->	where vetting cannot safely occur.
0353-->	And if you look at Syria and the migration
0354-->	we are taking in thousands and thousands of people into our country
0355-->	we have no idea who they are
0356-->	What their thought processes, where are they come from
0357-->	And Hillary Clinton wants to increase the number of
0358-->	those thousands and thousands that are currently pouring in
0359-->	by 550 percent, radical Islamic
0360-->	terror is right around the corner
0361-->	We have to be so tough, so smart, so vigilant we can't allow that
0362-->	to happen. We have enough problems
0363-->	All vetting of people coming into the country will be considered extreme
0364-->	vetting. We will be very careful.
0365-->	Next: I will work with congress to introduce

0367-->	and fight for their passage in the first 100 days

0369-->	Middle class tax relief and simplification act
0370-->	An Economic plan designed to grow the economy

0372-->	25 million new jobs through massive tax reduction
0373-->	and simplification in combination with trade reform
0374-->	regulatory relief and lifting the restrictions
0375-->	on American energy. We need that so badly
0376-->	Jobs we need jobs, our jobs have left us

0378-->	The largest tax reductions are for the Middle class
0379-->	who have been forgotten. Called the forgotten man and woman
0380-->	They have been forgotten. the middle class with family
0381-->	with 2 children will get basically, approximately
0382-->	a 35% tax cut and that's what they can use
0383-->	and that money will go back into the economy
0384-->	The current number of brackets will be reduced from 7 to 3
0385-->	and tax form will likewise will be greatly simplified
0386-->	The business rate will be lowered from
0387-->	35 percent to 15 percent and the trillions of dollars
0388-->	of American corporate money overseas can now be brought back
0389-->	at a 10 percent rate, it's stuck we can't bring it back
0390-->	2 and a half to 5 trillion dollars
0391-->	Companies can't get it back into the country
0392-->	Some companies are actually leaving not only because
0393-->	taxes are so high but because they can't get their money
0394-->	they are actually leaving to get their money
0395-->	We're going to simplify that, we are going to have them
0396-->	bring ??? and use the money and spend the money on building our
0397-->	country. (Applause)
0398-->	End the offshoring act
0399-->	Establish tariffs to discourage companies
0400-->	from laying off their workers in order to relocate
0401-->	in other countries and ship products back
0402-->	to the United States tax free. They leave the United States
0403-->	like Carrier, Like Ford and so many others
0404-->	They leave the United States, they fire all their employees
0405-->	They go to Mexico or some other country
0406-->	They build a beautiful brand new plant they hire other people
0407-->	They then take their air conditioners, their cars
0408-->	whatever they are making, they send it tax free across
0409-->	what will be a very strong border, believe me
0410-->	They send it tax free across the border
0411-->	and what to we end up with
0412-->	we unemployment, tremendous losses and we have none of the benefits
0413-->	So we will establish tariff so when they do
0414-->	that there will be consequences. We'll work with them
0415-->	We'll be nice. We'll be fair
0416-->	but there have to be consequences.
0417-->	And when they know there are consequences our companies will stop
0418-->	leaving the United States and going to other countries

0420-->	The American infrastructure act leverage public private partnerships
0421-->	and private investments through tax incentives
0422-->	to spare 1 trillion dollar in infrastructure
0423-->	investment over the next 10 years. Our infrastructure is in
0424-->	such trouble. Doubled our national debt to 20 trillion dollars
0425-->	under President Obama in less than eight years.

0427-->	Think of it, and we haven't fixed anything, we haven't fixed anything
0428-->	what have we done, our roads are broken
0429-->	our bridges, our tunnels our hospitals, our schools
0430-->	We are 20 trillion in debt, all time high
0431-->	That's true our VA hospitals are in bad shape and our VA
0432-->	is in very very bad shape. We will fix that
0433-->	We are going to work on fixing that
0434-->	because our veterans have not been treated properly
0435-->	We have illegal immigrants that are treated far better
0436-->	in many instances than our veterans and we are not going to have that

0438-->	School choice and education opportunity act
0439-->	redirects educational dollars to give parents the right to send
0440-->	their kid their children to public private charter magnet
0441-->	religious where home schools of their choice
0442-->	and so importantly we are going to end common core
0443-->	bring education supervision to local communities
0444-->	We do so badly on education if you look at the lists
0445-->	You Sweden, Norway, Denmark, China
0446-->	different countries at the top, you see us at the bottom
0447-->	and yet by far per pupil more money than anybody
0448-->	it's not even close. we spend more money per pupil
0449-->	than anybody, it's not even close, we're at the bottom of the list
0450-->	other countries spending far less per pupil
0451-->	are at the top of the list
0452-->	so obviously our system is currently not working
0453-->	We will change it and make it good.
0454-->	It expands vocational and technical education
0455-->	which we have totally forgotten about in this country
0456-->	And make 2 and 4 year colleges more affordable
0457-->	Have you ever gone to school and you've been with people that aren't
0458-->	good students, but they can fix an engine
0459-->	or they can build a wall or they can things
0460-->	do things you wouldn't think about, because we can use some of the ones
0461-->	that build a wall, we're gonna need them, we're gonna need 'em
0462-->	but did you ever see that, how they're genius at fixing a car
0463-->	they can do anything, history not so good, physics not so good
0464-->	We have to open vocational again, those are the people,
0465-->	these are great people

0467-->	The Repeal and Replace Obama Care Act:(applause)Fully repeal Obamacare
0468-->	and Replace it with Health savings accounts
0469-->	and we can do that the Health savings accounts
0470-->	It's one way, there are numerous ways, but this is one very good way
0471-->	The ability to purchase health insurance across state lines
0472-->	which we have to do cause that's competition
0473-->	the politicians won't let go of it because the insurance companies
0474-->	they don't want competition. We'll??? open it up
0475-->	Believe me we'll get rid of that, I've been saying that for years
0476-->	Let states manage Medicaid funds. It will be so good
0477-->	Reforms will also include cutting the red tape at the FDA
0478-->	There are over 4 thousand drugs awaiting approval
0479-->	We especially want to speed the approval of life saving medication
0480-->	???they are looking at drugs that are looking very good
0481-->	and you have terminal patients that it's over
0482-->	These people they're dying they want to get the drugs
0483-->	They won't be living much longer we study it
0484-->	for years and years at some point they have to do what they have to do
0485-->	they have to do it properly. There are 4 thousand different
0486-->	drugs and products waiting in line for approval
0487-->	and we can't get them approved. We are going to speed up that process

0490-->	Affordable child care and elder care act:
0491-->	Allows Americans to deduct child care and elder care from their taxes
0492-->	incentivizes employers to provide on-site
0493-->	so important child care services
0494-->	and you see that with a couple of companies and it's such a great thing
0495-->	to see and creates tax free dependent care savings accounts
0496-->	for young and elderly dependents with matching contributions
0497-->	for low income families, so good

0499-->	End Illegal immigration act fully funds the construction
0500-->	of a wall on our southern border, don't worry about it
0501-->	Remember I said Mexico is paying for the wall
0502-->	with the full understanding that the country of Mexico will be
0503-->	reimbursing the United States for the full cost of such a wall
0504-->	ok? we're gonna have the wall. Mexico is gonna pay for the wall
0505-->	Mexico's , by the way I met with the President of Mexico
0506-->	2 months ago wonderful meeting wonderful person
0507-->	But I told him this is a 2 way highway
0508-->	not a one way highway, ??? we have to take care of our people
0509-->	we have to protect our people, so it's got to be a two way street

0511-->	But it establishes a 2 year mandatory minimum federal prison sentence
0512-->	for people coming in illegally ??? illegally re-entering
0513-->	the United States after a previous deportation
0514-->	and a 5 year mandatory minimum for illegally
0515-->	re-entering for those with felony convictions
0516-->	multiple misdemeanor convictions with 2 or more prior

0520-->	because what's happening they're coming back 10 times

0523-->	5 times he came back and on the 5th time he killed Kate
0524-->	5 times, but so others one 10 times came back, killed somebody
0525-->	after 10 times. When they get deported, they stay out otherwise

0527-->	they will stay out. Once you do that they will stay out
0528-->	right now they have no consequence, they have no consequences
0529-->	Also reforms on visa rules to enhance penalties
0530-->	for overstaying and ensure open jobs are offered to American workers

0538-->	agency and federal prosecutors to dismantle criminal gangs

0544-->	by limiting the defense sequester, which has been tough on our Military

0549-->	We need a strong military, our military is so depleted

0552-->	attend a private doctor of their choice, if they are waiting on line

0555-->	support from veterans from law enforcement, from veterans
0556-->	from the military, tremendous support
0557-->	but they are waiting on line
0558-->	and you see it 22 suicides a day
0559-->	People don't even believe it, 22 a day
0560-->	but if they are waiting on line for 7 days
